Sting Ray and Cutlass Review in Guitar Player

Hi guys,

No link yet on their website but Guitar Player has a glowing review of the Sting Ray and Cutlass in the February 2016 issue (I got my copy several days ago - very early for this issue). Congrats on the Sting Ray getting an Editor's Pick award!

Nice details - including the neck shapes (they describe the Cutlass as a "V-to-C", and the Sting Ray as "asymmetric"). I can't wait to try these out!

I've been patiently waiting for Music Man to come out with something that could straight up replace my Strat. Switching between my other Music Man and my strat is like going from a Ferrari to a tree trunk.

I know!! The AL in SSS form came real close and is really cool, but a Cutlass might just be the the Strat I've always wanted. Can't wait to get my hands on one!

I hope we'll get more color/pickguard options, though. But that Vintage White is VERY cool. I'll have that.
