Check out Rothko and Frost
You can make whatever design you want. Even in Gold or Silver. They're not too expensive either.
Another Option would be printing the Logo yourself on Waterslide Decals, but you can only print Black Logos that way

don't try to put it on an oil finish, won't stick. clear coat will work better.

Did you think about doing a Sunburst on it? A Tobacco Sunburst might look really cool with the Woodgrain

I would like that but i dont plan on doing that myself and cant find anny decent guitar painters nearby so oiling is just the easiest solution. Also i dont plan on putting a bunch of money into this bass. Its just not worth it to me. Only reason i resprayed it the first time is that it was really bad to begin with :)

Nice grain. Just by looks, the wood doesn't look so heavy.
Its average weight. About 4.5 killo. I took all the parts off and put em togheter in a litl box. All that hardware and electronics are actually heavier than the body or neck....

Here's some pictures of the semi-finished product. The headstock is finished and ready for the decal. I think i'm not going to finish the decal, annyone know if it will stay on without laquer on top? The body looks verry light in these pics but it is a bit darker in person. I like it.

Looks good!

The only thing that stopped me doing a matching head stock on SunBlue was the decal, I had a look at the link dave1812 posted but couldn't find one on the site.
Is it possible to order one from EB as its not for faking purposes its just going back the real deal as soon as the paint is dry?

The last time i painted this one green i did do a matching headstock. Reason i did this is that the original paint was really bad all over and i found a sr4 decal online (non original) i still regret doing a matching headstock back then. If i didnt do that i just could have left the neck alone and just sand the body down. This time i couldnt find a decent decal so i ordered one with my name on. Just to have something on there :) still looking for a genuine sr4 logo though.

Yeah thanks for the reality check :p messing with the decal on the headstock is not something I think I would be comfortable messing with myself, I am very happy with the way mine has turned out, doing anymore to it now is unneeded, I was thinking out loud so to speak, having one of each is also nice (matching and non matching) but if its an option at the time, matching gets my vote every time ! :)

I just aplied the decal today. What do you guys think? I think it's cool because its got my name on it and that makes it a bit unique (to me) but i would like to have seen it in ebmm style instead of fender. I'm gonna let it rest a while and think about laquering over or not... on the other hand there arent manny options in decals except when you play a fender. So this might just stay on.

Interesting - how can you tell by looks whether wood is heavy or not?

You might tell by the size of the grain pattern. The further lines in the wood are apart from each other, the faster it grew and the wood will be less dense and lighter.
