Question Stingray 5 Piezo Pickup very quiet

Hi, I bought a used SR 5 from 2007 with Piezobridge. Is it normal that the piezo is much quieter than the Humbucker? I tried to level it by the potis on the backside, but it does not work.

BTW did you notice that there are more
trim pots than 1-per-string ? Maybe you
turned down the master ....

You can email CS in USA no problem. If they solve it without
having to ship it anywhere, thaz good. And if it requires to be
shipped out, CS in USA will tell you where to ship it in EU.

BTW, this is a long shot, but if you are using coated strings
or nylon wrapped strings that can be the problem.
