Stingray 5 Special 2018

Hy guys. I have problem with my stingray 5 special 2018. So, i played my bass and its just stop working. Batery is working, pickup is working, volume, treble, middle, bass is working.

Does anyone have a scheme so that we know where everything is. we also found some whc95 blackbird but we don't know what it is. please help. The preamp has no markings and we don't know which chip is where

Could be bad battery contacts. Could be a 9v battery that is not long enough. Could be that the output jack is not detecting insertion of the cable correctly. There's a lot it could be.

I put new battery, output jack have is working( have contact when i put cable) buth sound and signal is noth coming outh.

I don't know. That's why I recommend contacting customer service. If they can't help resolve the issue, they should be able to provide a schematic.
