JJ....August 2003....maybe Sept (but they would have had to move it out pretty quickly!...especially to Belgium).

Yeah, they did. I got an e-mail from Ernie Ball around Sept 22nd that my bass was finished !

WHOOOOA........my favourite colour combo.... Natural with Rosewood. As to pickguards, I like black and tort....can never make up my mind, so I keep a set of each for my 'Rays. Yours looks just fine!

In May this year, I was just about to put down payment on a new Natural/Rose/Tort with a 3-4 month waiting list ($3,900 Australian). They had other 'Rays in stock but not what I wanted. By chance, a buddy in US offered me my current 1994 Trans White "Mary Kaye" (virtually mint NOS...9 year storage) for $1300 Aust so I grabbed that. About an extra $700 to get it here...but well worth it and only a 10 day waite.

Why not put youy pics in the picture thread?....the others may miss seeing them in this thread.
