Stingray Treble Control

Hey All,

Got my first Stingray last night. The sound is excellent, but I need to make my first post here. The treble control doesn't really sound like it controls the treble. At least not compared to my other bass. The treble sounds more like a second mid control.. Is this how it's supposed to sound? My bass teacher noticed it, too, so I know it's not just my ears. Any thoughts on that?

check with the dealer you bought it from to see what they say.

if they cant help call customer service. the only thing people on the forum are going to do is guess, make stuff up and give you 15 different, wrong answers/

Take it back to where you bought it and if they have another Stingray compare it with yours, if it sounds different to yours than talk to your dealer about it.
