+2! :)

Funny - one of the "odd" pleasures of my Buttercream Bongo was the smell of the case - kinda chocolately. It's worn-off a bit now, but I remember opening the box the first time...

Hey, this could be a big hit for EB: Aerosols with "New Bongo smell", "New SR smell", "New Tweed Case smell" and so on. I'd buy a can of New Bongo for sure, and prolly a New Tweed as well, since that'll be my only chance to smell the chocolatey:D

My '92 Tolex case smells best - gluey, musty,
woody, cigarettey, beery, clubby, vintagey.

And I threw one of my wife's buttercream candles
in my brown LE case so now the experience appeals
to all my senses. I know it's gay & cheezey, but it does
smell great so I don't care - I have to restrain myself
from eating the bass.

So, I should put my orange Boingo in a tangerine and citrus scented Coffin Case, and every time you open it the voice of Morticia Adams begs the intruder to "peel me another one" ?

So, do you think I should put in scented candles instead of stale doughnuts with every purchase??

You should just keep being the Dude we all know so well and appreciate.

I am sure that will keep folks from eating their Bongos.

Maybe an EB marshmellow holiday edition of a Bongo can be in the future for those so inclined?

This thread shows there are a few of us with nothing better to do today than goof off me thinks.

Nope, lots of work today, I was "goofing off" late last night when I was over reading that thread on TB. ;)

I think you should include a bottle of disinfectant with all of your new bass shipments! :p :D

Haha! Great idea, Larry. Or maybe EBMM can spray a final coat of "Dude Repellant" on every instrument that ships to VBTC.... ;)
