Hello all. I am having a strange problem with my piezo, wondered if it may just be an adjustment needs to be made somewhere. When I bend on my fourth string (D in standard). My piezo signal is cutting out, almost like a short. Doesn't happen when I select the magnetic pickups. I am running an acoustic amp on the piezo side and a tube amp on the magnetic side, stereo cable. And both amps are on seperate outlets. Strings are .10 cobalts.

Thanks in advance!

First, I apologize for posting here first before contacting CS. I had seen Big Poppas tag line before, but felt this was possibly an adjustment, setting problem as opposed to a real problem.

Second, and more importantly, THANK YOU!. Thank You EBMM in general and AJ at CS specifically. Willy D was on it here on the forum, and AJ got involved almost immediately. Arrangements were made and the guitar reached them on this past Monday 8/13. Two saddles were replaced, new strings, a set-up and polish, and it is already shipped and received.

I was amazed to receive it back so quickly, and it is perfect. Being without it a few days made it feel like NGD all over again, haha. It sounds wonderful, and your efficient service was greatly appreciated.

I hope my issue works out the same. I have what sounds like a dead "D" and "B" string(half the volume of the other 4 strings) when in Piezo mode. But while using the magnetic pickups all is fine.
