stringray vs sterling

hello everyone i have a double humbucker string ray which i love, but i do find it abit bulky, necks abit chucky so i have been thinking about getting a double humbucker sterling(if i can find 1) i was wondering is this good desiscion?has anyone incounted the same issues?and what are the main pro's and cons of both,thanks

easy answer, if you find the stingray bulky and chunky, buy the STERLING, it's sleek and sexy!

Sorry for the unfair comparison, as musicman basses are OBVIOUSLY much better, but think of the stingray neck like a fender precision, and the sterling neck like a fender jazz, a lot of people make that comparison.

honestly, you cant go wrong with either
I have a sterling dargie delight and love it. I tried both a stingray and a sterling(4 string) and liked the sterling more (even though i think the stingray is better looking). but i do like the stingay 5 over the sterling 5 so its all a matter of what you like.

Or theres the bongo which is mighty fine.
