Help! Stuck trust rod adjuster?

Hello all, been awhile since I've posted here. I was trying to slightly adjust the trust rod on my TGC Reflex. I was having a really hard time tightening it. At first I thought maybe it was already too tight but then I saw I couldn't really loosen it either. It seems like it's just kind of stuck where it is. Any suggestions? Thanks!

That happened to me before. The rod is just stuck, probably from the summer humidity. You can call customer service, and they can talk you through the process of freeing the rod.

You have to slightly flex the neck to break the rod free. You just have to grip behind the headstock and push away from you, while simultaneously pushing on the fretboard toward you at around the 12th fret. I heard mine when it broke free. My truss rod has worked fine since. Good luck.
