hey pyscho you seem familiar with ampeg can i get your take on this cabby..its 4x10's BSE-410 HLF

I've...er one or two Ampegs....the bse410 is a good cab, however they also make a bxt410hlf which has greater magnet weight 56oz per speaker vs 30 oz per speaker for the bse410. You will also get a more powerfull cabinet with the bxt model, however, it will also cost more. The bst serries is Ampegs entry level. Still a good product.

no, circular. and it throws WAY more bottom end!

ahh the one i'm looking at has rectangular ports... two on the bottom one on each side almost like the 4x10 are on a lil pedestal and it has wheels on the bottom too

you want the one that tilts back and rolls like the 8X10.

uh... I'm sorry this is the SVT-4X10 HLF... I recommend this one!!!

I've had a bxt410hlf, have 810e, am getting SVT410hlf, had svt models pro 3, pro6 svt 350 head, svt 1000 current, (going back for credit toward SVT all tube CL). Also ba 100 and ba 210. All this year....now see why wife is so PO'ed at me? Oh...silly me..also the svt 115 and 210 cabinets......

BALLZ the bxt the one u speak of looks identical to the BSE except for the location of the ampeg logo... and i think they screwed up cause upon further inspection... it looks like was playing throught he bxt.. hehehe...maybe i should go say i want that floor model.. hahaha

Bxt is the stronger of the two...if you could get a good "demo" price on it, I highly reccomed it...now it is ported...is a bit "boomie" but can be eq'ed with....

i like the boom i prefer the low end deep i play more low end.. then high end stuff.. so the deeper the better i also payed through a david eden piece and OMG... the thing was insane.. i felt my heart skip a beat... it shook the walls... just a monster
