just liked to share a very short recording of my beloved Musicman SUB 4
firstly, here's a pic of my setup:

Very nice. Don't those babies put out some nice tone? I'm just finishing up a little recording project that I used my SUB 5 on. It seriously has one of the best tones that I've gotten (ever--with any bass) going straight into the board with just a tiny bit of compression--that's all it needed to sound great.

Nice fat tone, love the SUB. I have one in a 5 string flavor.

Nice clip. Nice Bass. It's what we've grown accustomed to from these basses. They surely must go down in history as being one of the best bargains in the world of basses.

despite having the 'budget' tag out of the Musicman range, there's definitely nothing 'budget' about the tone
