Whoa - less than a month and less than 10 posts? http://www.ernieball.com/forums/music-man-guitars/33345-just-got-sub1.html

Did you give it a good workout? Having played several SGs and owning an LP for many years, I'd be interested to know what you don't like. To me, my sub blows away my Gibby when I'm looking for "tonal inspiration"...

it feels good just not "right" it blows any Fender away! but I guess im just use to the feel and sound of an SG (currently have 5 of them) i have way too many guitars right now and im trying to thin it out I havent been in a band for close to 20 years and dont see getting in one soon so i don't see the need to own 14 guitars right now I posted this one here because I know someone here can give it a good home. other wise it will just sit in its case under my bed.

Nice SUB1. Every so often I think about selling mine as I tend to much prefer the Silos. However, when I plug it in and play it for a while, I change my mind.

The body is made of poplar, which is well suited for heavy music imo. The Morse model is also poplar. No one knows what the grain would look like, but the Morse's look pretty sweet with a translucent finish.

I always thought the Sub would look great with a bookmatched flamed maple top added and binding. I would never do it, unless I had two of them.
