SUB5 Passive Wiring Diagram?

Can any of you EBMM customer service types help me out by posting a passive SUB5 wiring diagram? I checked under diagrams and schematics on the (slightly out of date ) EBMM website, but there are zero SUB wiring diagrams/schematics.
