SUB5 vs. SR5 pickup/pre

Hey guys,

I've got the chance to FINALLY FINALLY FINALLY put an EBMM pickup back in my '95 SR5, thank God! Thing is, it's a SUB5 pickup and pre. I'm wondering what the differences are in construction, sound ... what's the story here? Any thoughts?

Is the SUB 5's pickup ceramic or alnico??
I can't remember.

What differences do you notice between the SUB pup and your previous pup.
