What issue's? The evh 5150s are made in Mexico. Ive played the 6505+ combos and it sounded great, but i like the idea of this being a head, and its got a power soak down to 5 or 1 watt. It runs 2 el84 power tubes and 3 12ax7 pre, and the circut is almost identical to the 5150 6505. I would rather have an old 5150 combo made in usa, but 60 watts is way to much for my uses and i want to be able to enjoy the amp not just keep it on half of 1. This little beast looks great. The China thing bothered me at first but, Peavey makes great quality amps, and this, like the valveking which i belive is Chinese, should be great. The demos sound promising! I always wondered why they didnt make a little 6505?

They were going to make a 5150 mini stack then Ed left Peavey so it never made it to the public.

That would have been awesome! But im gonna go with the peavey 6505 mini 20 watt head.
