Hello fine folks of EBMM land!
Just recently got my hands on a new to me 2019 Cutlass in Aged Buttercream. Gotta say I am really impressed with the build quality+playability, and the neck is out of this world (both looks and feel wise) This being my first truly valuable guitar, I decided to invest further in to an Ernie Ball strap lock system.
My only question is, do any of you what lies under the knobs that hold the strap in place? Am travelling at the moment and the suspense is killing me. Looks to be a hexagonal bolt(?) of some sort, is there a screw under that? Do you think fitting the EB lock system will be a breeze? Have had some negative experiences with locking systems from other brands due to differences in screw length, so I am hoping that I can use the screws already in place.Sorry if this is a nooby question but dying to know.
I have attached a picture about the part in question. Proud to own this instrument and looking to keep it in tip-top shape!
Thanks for your time!
