"You may ask, "How can SX Guitars do this?" The answer is simple... VOLUME (And we like pissing off our competition). Through our growing network of 200+ retailers around the world (see below for retailer info) and our online-direct selling through www.sxguitar.com we have now reached a critical point in our business cycle where our sales volume has exceeded our wildest expectations. By cutting retail prices even more, we feel we can significantly increase our sales, market share and therefore profits. And the real winner in this competition is YOU!"
Thanks for making SX Guitars a HUGE success!

They cannot tell you, nor put him on payroll due to the nature of how Koogs would take care of things.
A paper trail just wouldn't be good! :p

I don't know, he probably would ask for a nickel every time he found a counterfeit guitar . . . . . .

I can only imagine the conversation between this guy and his buddies!
IDIOT #1:
hey i've got this awesome idea to start a guitar company... i'm going to steal some designs from everyone... sell them really cheap and compare them to the real deal... nobody will be the wiser... and if we're lucky we can get a bunch of grannies to buy little johny this amazing guitar!

IDIOT #2
Sounds like a great idea. Can i get in on it?

IDIOT #1:
Yeah! 75% buy in!

IDIOT#2
75% buy in... are you crazy? You'll scam everyone won't you!

And so the story is there to be seen... these guys who Steal are bottom feeders and will scam everyone to make a quick buck!

STICK IT TO 'EM WONDERDOG!

I really liked this quote from their website:

That's why influential professionals , such as recording studios, garage freaks, teachers, pro players, have made SX Guitars their weapon of choice.

Name please??

Seriously I'm totally convinced, I'll go buy an SX right away and will post pics here:D

I am sorry to you loyal TB'er's But everytime I go there I am totally baffled by the opinions and fiction posted as fact. I could go on and on but the guy that thinks basswood is not a tone wood as a reason for not liking the sub....lITS POPLAR! Get your woods right. But I could list many groundbreaking players who actually have made cd's, Grammy's, sold out tours that may disagree and their opinions may carry more weight.......

But then again I dont care about my customers or my products. You know with the 32 government agencies that I deal with on a monthly basis, workers comp, 401k's ,attorneys,400 employees, pension, taxes, BS, rip off artists, those illlinformed need to understand that I really dont need to do this.I could clip coupons and drink drinks with umbrellas. I do this because I love it and the action and passion making tools for artists. Like I've said before I know that what we make may not be for everybody, but when we make one that works for a player that's when the reward kicks in.

I guess the best comparison is that if you wrote a song and someone stole it from you would you think that is ok? Why do you think that someone that invests hundreds of thousands of dollars on original ideas should allow someone with just a checkbook to come in and misrepresent our designs and skim off the top of our hard work? Also I would love to not be a corporation, but take a lesson in tax law and liability. P.S do you think that SX is not a corporation? Rondo Music is not a corp?

If you ever accomplish something original, it will be fun to see how you feel when someone steals it from you.

I also like the guy from the bass company in Minnesota, he needs a course in professional courtesy at least.
my rant is over. Phew...where's those drinks with umbrella's and the babes feeding me grapes?

Save me a seat. You think martinis would look funny with umbrellas?

I hope I made those same points in the "SX Stingray" debate, BP, and I do think a few people understood that stealing is just stealing, no matter how you dress it up.

I think it's hard to have that long world-view when you're fourteen.

I'd be the first to buy BP an umbrella drink. Anyone who has ever owned their own company and had employees knows exactly what BP is talking about. Anybody that owns their own company and has to deal with the unbelievable s**tstorm of government regs, insurance and paperwork deserves as many free drinks as they can handle!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think that part of the problem is that alot of these people on TB do not understand how expansive and labour intensive R&D is... They think that a guitar or a bass is just a piece of wood with strings attached to it and therefore that the price tag of the "original" design is not warranted

Naw Dawg...I would get a nickels worth of pain out of them though....

Now....I was here the whole time everyone....okay......just in case....hehehhehe....

SX? Simply Xploited? ......idiots....the whole lot of 'em.....

Big Poppa....unfortunately, you cannot please the masses as we all know 12-14 year olds know everything....I mean, what do you know.....you're just a successful businessman!?!?!?! I know a ton of kids who think running a company is all drinks w/umbrellas and babes feeding them grapes.....my dumb cousin thinks life should be like that for him and not have to work for it......WE know the deal and WE spread the word and WE defend EBMM.....sometimes a few lucky bastids get away....but, I'll find them....oh yes, I'll find them....

You know, maybe if EBMM offered a "POWERFUL ZEBRA PICKUP" then people would not be drawn to the "SX"!
