WoW!!! Do they still make the Axis Sport? If not, when did they stop and how come Royal Music has so many new ones? What do these run for new - price wise?

Backstock....Unless Steve can confirm otherwise I've seen axes in there for YEARS that have went unsold....and then some that didn't.

The Axis Sport model is discontinued, and yes, Royal have lots and lots of NOS ones - They seem really accomodating; I called them once about a particular color and they offered to swap necks with another Sport for me so I could have a rosewood fretboard, but the pricing was too high for me...

Yes...That guitar is sweet and plays real nice.
Royal has about 20 on display and about 15 more in the back room.
Alot of the customers that go there are Gibson, Fender, Taylor and Martin freaks.
If someone is interested in any of their guitars, let me know. I can definately get you a deal on one.
