Technical Question: Axis Gotoh Floyd Trem Arm Assembly

How hard would it be to replace the fixed trem arm on my Gotoh trem on my Axis with this assembly:

-Would this fit?

-Also, would I have to remove the entire trem to install it?

I like having the trem arm in but there are times where I would prefer it to be out and I want the option to be able to drop in and out quickly.

You would have to remove the existing MM trem collar, and replace it with that one.

Anytime I've had to work on the trem, I've had to take it off completely.
