No, I'm not sick... :D



I was just wondering about somthing I noticed on my new bongo. On the low E side there is a gap (small) inbetween the nut and the fretboard, whereas on the opposite side (G side) it appears perfectly flush. Is this something to be concerned about?

I'm talking about a gap inbetween the bottom of the nut and the surface of the fretboard. Perhaps I should post a pic.

Not an issue. The nut is superglued in so the gap will have no effect.

I know exactly what you're referring to. For a bit I thought perhaps I had bumped by Bongo and didn't realise it, but that's just the way it's designed. Once again, just Ernie Ball being years ahead of us. No reason to be worried. :)
