I just wrapped up a 10-hour day learning songs for a new band I'm joining. It's a wonderful opportunity for me, a great band... but I'm facing the pressure of picking up a LOT of new songs quickly.

After ten hours of playing (well, and a lot of note-jotting), my back is sore and my fingertips are feeling it. But my fret hand is going strong. I love that slim Sterling neck with the oil & wax finish sooooo much.

It is so awesome having found the perfect neck.

I've got a Stingray 4 SLO on order... can't wait for it to be here. Similar neck with Stingray look and sound, I hear. But this Sterling is just my MVP right now.
