Hi Spud!

Yes, that’s a brutal picture of the AL (not a bad one of the rug in my studio though that oddly, almost matches the pick guard). I’ll get on some new pictures shortly.

My suggestion is, for us newcomers to the “ALOC”, that an anachronism thread be posted to define some of these terms. CIC?, BCB?, SAA?, GAS?,… B.T.O?, E.L.P?, E.L.O?……:D

As Commander in Chief of the Albert Lee Owners Club - I can only assume you have not yet received your Handbook and Decoder Ring. I'll have Sergeant at Arms Spud get right on that. But you will need to post more pictures of that Black Cherry Burst AL right promptly. :)

As for ELO and ELP - We have been working on getting Gregg Lake and Jeff Lynne to switch to ALs for years :D Maybe Al himself can say a few words, since he probably knows them better than we do anyway ;)

Thanks mb!

No. Still no hand book or ring. I hope to get them soon so I can study for the written test.

Ok, ELO and ELP should be taken care of, as for BTO, I'll work on Randy Bachman from this side of the globe. Last time I saw him, the poor boob had a "Yamablah" endorsement!
