What year did EBMM start making the tops of the pickups smooth instead of two humps? I like the change. The new style would be way more comfortable for a thumb.

I believe it was very recent, at the same time as the introduction of the 2 pickup models. I actually prefer the old style better, seeing as i liked that secure anchor -area of the old models, but I dont really rest my thumb on the pickup much anyway. Usually its on the corner of the pickup,or floating on the strings somewhere.
