Beautiful bass.

I've had a couple of honeyburst SR5s and still think they were just about as purdy as a bass guitar gets.

I gots me a lil Bongo problem now, but I FEEL okay, that's the main thing.

First gig with my SR5 this past weekend...She's a keeper!!!

No kidding...I haven't really even had a chance to experiment with different eq and pickup settings. I played the whole night with the eq flat and all four coils and she sounded better than any bass I've ever owned. It's been a bit of an adjustment going from playing a 35-inch to a 34-inch scale. I think the higher string tension of the 35 might be a little more forgiving, but even still I had to grin at every click and fart because it still sounded so good. The evenness of this bass is so amazing. She's consistent no matter where you are on the neck. I can't tell you how much I appreciate that.
