I recently appealed for help in obtaining a replacement switch tip for my SR5 coil selector switch as the original one had split. BP came galloping to the rescue - Sir I am now in your debt.

After an exchange of emails with Kevin to make sure my strange UK address was correct, seven days later a package arrives with not one, but six of the little devils. What can I say. Excellent customer service. Thank you all very much. The SR5 is correctly dressed again and ready for action.

Cool, can I keep you in mind if something happens to my selector switch rubbery-end? Surely you're not going to go through 6! Though I have a feeling with the usability of the new HH and HS model switch positions, they're going to be sending out more of those switch tips than they have ever needed to before, simply from overuse!

:D

A few weeks ago Beth really hooked me up when I casually mentioned a small problem I was having with an EB accessory. I received over-the-top VIP treatment way beyond the call of duty and I think my head is still spinning from it! (Thanks again, Beth!)

SHE WHAT!!!!!!!!! THey are killing me!!!

glad she helped you steve!

Big Poppa,

She made me feel like I had the purchasing clout of a Guitar Center buyer!

All I initially asked her to do was to direct me to the proper person to discuss the issue. When she replied a short time later, she had already taken care of everything, and then some! Another reason why I'm a lifer!

:)

my first experience with MM customer service was also regarding a switch tip for my sterling. this was about a year or so before i ever checked out this forum. it fell off and i couldnt find it. i called MM and they sent me a bunch. funny enough, ive never had a switch tip fall off again.

What with the cost of international calls being so much, maybe EBMM Customer Service should set another First by having a Skype phone.
