Just writing to say thank you again for everything everyone has done for me here. If i have been a pain in the ass i am sorry... it was not my intention. Know that i never asked for anything here other than to sell a couple of my guitars. FYI i got a hostile PM from one of the members here that really put a damper on my time here. I will post it openly if you all want to see it. Its not very nice.

Everyone here has been amazing. I wish i could thank you all personally.
But if you didn't want to help... You didn't have to. You know who you are...

From me you are very welcome it is a pleasure to help someone and I think most forum members feel that way, for the most part this is a big family here.

You were not the first one ever helped on the forum nor will you be the last.

Dont let one bad apple spoil your fun here, sorry someone sent you a bad PM but just delete it and move on and think of the good stuff.

Just remember you've made alot of friends here, so cheer up and forget it.

I would suggest forwarding the PM to a Moderator and let them address it, since I would think sending unnecessary, rude PMs would go against the forum rules.

Hey Erin,

I have dealt with a lot of A$$h0l3s in my life. The best response is to ignore them and focus on the positive people and things in your life. If someone sent you a nasty PM then best to do as BassMonkeee said and forward to a Moderator.

Just know that the rest of us are there for you and each other.

I handled it.

Listen, it's sometimes hard enough to moderate without any help. When I do get (unsolicited) help, it generally gets harder. So do me and the other mods a favor - don't take it upon yourself to do it.

And let's remember that one person does not a forum make. You speak for yourself, no one else, same as me. The same as all of us.

I get damned tired of certain people on other forums who jump into threads just to say, "Wow, your bass is ugly." There is simply no point to doing it. My mom always told me "If you don't have something nice to say..."

Let's not make this into a big thing. I've got it handled.

Hey Guys this is a great example of not being the Judge and jury...there are two sides

I saw the pm and do not want it distrubuted...That means you Erin...I will be majorly pissed if you forward it anymore.

A person who donated to the cause had had enough of some of Erins enthusiasm...I think his bedside manner was harsh but in all fairness he made some good points.

Erin dont get me wrong I really want you here and I sort of wacked you in the same manner after we raised the money and I gave you the bass and then you asked f I would make a one off all rosewood neck...then you wanted it signed and then you were excited about getting yours first and so on.....
