I just wanted to express my gratitude to a company such as Ernie Ball. The instruments I use daily are my tools, my paint brush as an artist. Without a company such as this, I would not be where I am today musically. Not only with the recent addition and a grand slam of a product such as the cobalt strings and other fine products; the Music Man line of guitars (and basses) are what sets the bar above the rest. Big Poppa (Sterling), and all of you guys and gals at Ernie Ball, and of course (you) knuckleheads, really know what's up. Thank you for all the hard work and dedication. Thank you for the innovation (game changer). Thank you for listening to all of us and making things happen. And most of all, thank you for being there and doing what you do.

Very best and warmest regards,
Jason

I'll pile on. EBMM Customer Service came through in a huge way recently when catastrophe struck one of my guitars last month. Thanks so much for taking care of us customers long after the sale is complete!

I wanna get in on this too. Working closely with the EBMM team, I have nothing but pure respect for BP and his staff. It is a real passion driven company that is rare in today's music business.

+1!

Most personal and helpful guitar company I've had the pleasure of dealing with, really get the impression that they care about their product and are willing to back it 100%

Bravo BP and Co.!!!!

Pat - not to hijack here but since you chimed in I'll take this opportunity to thank you for doing what you do as well. You represent the Sterling brand very well and are doing a fantastic job. Keep it up. I'm thankful that BP and Co. developed the Sterling brand so more people can enjoy playing a quality instrument at a VERY fair price.

I'll chime in...

I have never met anyone more passionate about this industry than what is found in one Sterling "BP" Ball...

This company was founded by an innovator and musician Ernie Ball who's passion was passed to his Son and Grandsons... This was deeply expressed this past year at the 50th ANNIVERSARY Show at NAMM. If you were lucky enough to attend you know what i'm talking about.
Sterling Eats, Sleeps and Breathes musical passion... he continues to do this for us and for the love of music...
He has put into my hands (figuratively) two of the most amazing guitars i have ever owned. 20th and Mint Silo Special. These guitars have brought more enjoyment to my played and has inspired more songs and riffs for my band than any other guitar i've ever owned or played... and i've played some incredible instruments.

Mr. Ball... thank you for all you have done for us- i will never forget how incredibly kind and personal you have been with all of us over the years and for not beating me over the head when i first joined and was PMing you all the time...

Thanks again and look forward to many more years supporting EBMM and the Ernie Ball Family.

Jason is right, it isn't said enough. I think I speak for all of us knuckleheads in expressing respect, admiration, and gratitude for BP's passion, integrity, and generosity. God bless!

I try to tell everyone I know but I'll happily say it again. They're the best guitars on earth and a team I admire them very much. The r&d, passion, working wage for employees, made in USA, and there for the artist and players attitude are what sets them apart. Well, that and the fit and finish of ever EBMM guitar or bass I get my mits on is hands down the highest quality I've ever experienced in an instrument. Thanks guys!

PS
After playing my JPXI my friend had me put his 68' LP Custom reissue on the bay. He wants a XII! Ha. Keep doing what you're doing and more and more people will convert!

Very well said Jason and most of all the difference between EBMM and the next guy is MM makes you feel like your "IN THERE FAMILY"by listening and understanding your questions, concerns, thoughts and idea's.the next guy doesn't!I believe we're blessed to be playing these guitars which have a honest price tag for the craftsmanship!I seen other companies price's much higher for a problem!
I'VE NEVER HAD A SINGLE PROBLEM WITH ANY OF THE MM GUITARS I BOUGHT..EVER!!!!!That right there is piece of mind! :)
Looking forward to my next 10 MM guitars!

Greatest guitars ever.

Plus, I feel very identified with MM, since I also work in a family business, and the passion, drive and desire for improving is what keeps us going.

That being said, long live MM.

And big thanks to BP for making fine instruments that inspire us to play and get better at what we love...playing music...

BP was once warned off about hosting a forum - but he went and did it anyway.
His time is precious but he calls by here a lot to keep his "Cayenne pepper" in check.

Nice to have "discovered" EB MM guitars in my twilight years of playing - and I'd go along with the Doctor by saying "Thank you for listening to all of us and making things happen."
