EBs Customer Service really did blow my mind. Between a couple instances I dealt with Scott, Aziah, Jon, and Dan. I really was left scratching my head both times, wondering, do companies really treat people this good?:D

To single him out if I may, Jon has done some work on a couple of my basses, and Ill tell you. There may not be a better playing bass than one that Jon has set up. I mean that.

I whole heartedly agree with this statement. My baby, '92 sr5, was just refretted by Jon a few months ago, and she has NEVER played better!

Jon you are a true craftsman!

I also gotta give props to Dan for handling my babbling so well too... You won't find better service from any company IMHO.

I mentioned this before, but it is worth repeating. I sent my black '89 Stingray in because the preamp was bad. They got it on Monday, and shipped it back out the same afternoon. I got it on Friday. The bass was gone for 7 days, and 6.5 of those were shipping!!

The bass is perfect now and will be my main player until I get my 30th Anniversary (actually, it will probably stay the main player ;) )

This is at least the third bass I've sent in for some work by Jon & Co., and I'm always just overwhelmed how professional and efficient they are. There honestly is no comparison.

Thanks!!!

Todd, my case was similar, but slightly worse. Bought a used StingRay and it had a bad pre.

Jon had the bass fixed and turned around the very same day he got it. Too bad it was 10 business worth of shipping to SLO and back to GA. It tooks 10 times longer to ship the bass to and fro, than it took Jon to get it fixed up real nice.:D

+1

Jon did a little work on my SR4 before it was sold to me. I played it before and after Jon got his hands on it and he did an absolutely amazing job on it.

All the more reason someone should buy it. :D

It used to be Musicman Nuts Bass (Dave). He sold it to a tech at Seymore Duncan.

It was stored on their premises for years. I imagine it was the air conditioning as it can dry the air.

Hey,

Where is MusicMan Nut these days?

We don't often enough thank Jon for what he does.

Jon Smith, you rock, sir. I am up late after Cowpiloting, and I just seriously wish we were closer, geographically. Ain't much that would make me happier than hanging out and playing bass with you, Sir Juan.

God bless you, brother.
