Just got my Sterling back from Jon :) :) :)

I had a crack in the paint and had sent her in a few weeks ago and now its back and better. new blue dawn paint, waxed neck and a jongitarz setup!!! what more could i want?

The new Blue Dawn paintjob is fu*kin' amazing!!! Looks better than the original paint ... more sparkles and maybe its a tad darker. Jon, the bass does weigh a bit more too, i can totally tell. Also, the neck feels amazing ... "i cant beleive its not butter".

so ya ... im beyond stoked right now and like the other post that's out there now says ... JON IS THE MAN!!!!!!!!

on a related note: my coworker pickup up my Sterling off the stand near my desk and said "holy sh*t ... i gotta get one of these". he's been thinkin about a new bass and ive been telling him its all about EB - i guess he just had to pick one up to be sold :)

HA ... that would be sweet. since i quit my band my bass chops have pulled a Houdini on me ... surprise, surprise. lemme get some practice in and ill call up Tim and see what he says. I'm guessing the conversation will go somthing like this:

Arin: hey Lint ... um, fire Matt.
Tim: <laugh> ... no!
Arin: eh
Tim: and dude, I told you to never call me "Lint" again
