I dropped off my Dark Lord at the NAMM booth and although there was some initial confusion he said they'd get my pup issue taken care.

The booth was crazy crazy busy, so I appreciate the time.

Luke Duke had contacted Customer Service long prior to NAMM about his pickup issue and was given the OK to do so.

Obviously, nobody should just turn up, be it NAMM or any other show, and expect to be looked after. This was a very special exception.

Jacob and I had a little misunderstanding because he thought I was bringing a pups and I thought I was supposed to bring the guitar. But like I said they got it taken care of for me and I am very pleased.
