The Mighty TooZ Up headed into Manchester to see DT tonight. I took my son to see his first real live gig tonight, and what better than to take him to see DT. He loves DT, so when JP was only about 10 feet from us, his head nearly fell off! It was fantastic!!

Apologies for the quality of the photo's, I had to take them quite sneakily, and as I took the last one, a security chap told me if I took 1 more, he was gonna throw me out! Can't complain though, programme's were cheap, and T-shirts were a steal at £22. My missus remembers going to Donnington almost 15 years ago and T-shirts were £28 back then, so hats off to DT for keepin prices reasonable. My son is wearing his T-Shirt with pride:)

Symphony X were awsome. The whole band were cool, but the singer was larger than life, a really cool frontman, with a fantastic voice.

DT, well what can I say, what a show! The whole thing was enormously impressive. The sound and visuals were equally great, real effort had been put into every little thing.

Huge thanks go to Symphony X and Dream Theater for making my 13 year olds sons first gig a night to remember! You guys rock!!:)

Very cool - I wish they would tour together in the US again. The only time I was able to see them together was at the first Gigantour. Symph X is outstanding, and their latest album is GREAT!

Congrats!
