Looks like EBMM is going to have some HOT new instruments in the 2008 line up, the NAMM pictures are Exciting!

Being the King of Lefthanzia I of course must inquire about what will be available for us. So, will the Bongo 6 and the Sterling 5 be offered backwards?

BP also mentioned that the 2008 Limited Edition might be offered (without the gold hardware) for us lefty’s. I really hope so! :D

This is not a lefty only thread.

The Sterling 5 looks great, can't wait to find out how it sounds.
But I want one right now based on looks alone! But hey, it is a Musicman bass, so it has to sound every bit as good as it looks.

PS - Chuck, hopefully they'll make em' backwards so you can partake in Knucklehead Christmas.

I contacted Peter at Act 1 Music the other day, and he informed me that the Bongo 6 will not be available left handed at this time. :(

I forgot to inquire on the Sterling 5.

I guess the '08s are pretty straight forward aside from the lefty inquiries. :p

I'm guessing the sterling 5 is in the same boat as the bongo 6, but a final word on that would be nice.

And I thought BP said that the LE would be available left handed, but with chrome hardware. I didnt think it was only a maybe.

I can attest that the Sterling 5 is one of the best-playing, most comfortable and best-sounding basses I have ever played. And I generally do not get along very well with fivers these days.

The LE will be offered left handed, but it will ship in a standard SKB case instead of the wooden G&G case. We are not currently offering the Sterling 5 or Bongo 6 in a left handed model.

Have there been retail prices established for the BFR Redwood Stingrays yet? I know we can't discuss selling price but wasn't sure if retail was okay to post.

Retail can be posted without fear, but I haven't heard what it is.

Pete DuBaldo will know, I'm sure.

Yep, $3500 on the single H - $3650 on the HH

I've got one single H available...
