I don't know. Maybe, it's just me, but the BFRs seem like they're selling like hotcakes. Am I wrong?

Well, as a regular old JP6 disciple, I must say my guitar and I are having some self esteem issues.

The JP6 is a beautifully made guitar with a sweet neck and perfect ergonomics and I will add a Mystic Dream and a Graphite Pearl to my current Sapphire black! So go ahead and worship your BFR'S!!

Good day sirs!

I had a Mystic Dream JP6 that I just recently sold to BigTony on the forum, I love it and it was an amazing guitar nonetheless, but I like the streamlined look of the BFR Petrucci and the crazy tops. I also like the color selections. Can't say much about how they play because I've never played one, and tomorrow will be my first time playing a BFR Petrucci. I took the risk and bought it without playing it, but I could pass up the top on the one that I'm getting.

Actually they do look awesome but I love the standard too. My dream would be for a BFR that was a hardtail and without the logo at the 12th fret. I like a plain fretboard, (except for my Iommi Gibson Custom Shop)

That's great, because I'm thinking about getting 7 string BFR in 2008, but first I have to hit the lottery or something. I hope the last semester in the university will be loose so I can catch up some job and help my dreams come true! Luckily I'm here with you and to the point I get my own BFR I can share your happiness here :)

best,
Mike

PS. Happy Morning :) We had a hail and snow today...and I slept over my alarm so I'm kinda late...
