I like the Cherry Burst Albert's alot.
When I ordered I was going to get a honeyburst.
I saw the picture of the Black cherry burst on the EB guitar forum and fell in love.

Well it had to be a blackcherry burst, what with a black LP and a Cherry tele !!!

I'm really pleased with it.

The piezo sound is stunning too - kinda hit me in the guts when I first heard it, so next week I should get the AER acoustic.

Mags to the Marshall (via the Pod) Piezo to the AER hmmmmmmm can't wait!

OOps better not talk any more about the 6 string variety here - dont want to hijack this thread.

I fancy a Bongo.
4 string
2 humbuckers
Black cherry burst
(Piezo if they do them on bongos)
I'd better go before I defect to the dark side

You can have all that, except the burst, but you really want a solid colour anyway:cool:

Resistance is useless.

what a great top you must be happy I notice no headstock detail......

Big Poppa,

I couldn't be happier with the awesome top on my Y2D! (You'll never hear me complaining about my EBMM guitars!) I think some highly influential people must have been looking out for me on this one. ;) My undying thanks to everyone involved with the creation of this work of art!

Erik (my boy) thinks it's pretty amazing, too. Whenever I take that one out of the case he says "Wow! Can I play THAT guitar?" Normally I defer him to his toy guitar, but that night I decided that Jeremy could use a bandmate.

I would be happy to snap a close-up of the headstock if you really want me to. :D

Uh.........
Yes.

That's one good looking piece of wood there. I'd say the man is looking out for and walking with you.

NorM,

yeah, it's a sweet piece of wood.. and I'm really enjoying it now... I just switched the Y2D over to Super Slinky's the other night, tweaked the trem and trussrod as needed, and oiled the threaded parts of the Floyd. It's playing like buttah now.

I just have to get a better polishing cloth 'cause the one I'm using now keeps leaving yellow fuzz in the textured part of the volume and tone knobs. Any suggestions? I'm using flannel now.
