That was one of the selling points!

I really liked the Desert Gold that John wound up taking. I almost pulled the trigger on that one. I was hoping that John would play one off the shelf and I was going to buy that one.

I wanted something that would pop on-stage but I really like the PRB, but the white was also tempting, but a little boring. Too many choices... I must have played all of them. I really wanted to like the carbon blue pearl but wasn't feelin it.

Yesterday as awesome! Nice meeting you OC. Nice seeing GW, Cud and MGreene again. JP was awesome as usual.

One of the best sights at the clinic were the kids in the front row when JP was playing. Their eyes were opened so wide and I think they were drooling while JP played, I don't think one of them blinked the whole clinic.

WHO CARES? Jeebus H! If hair made a difference to actual playing ability alot of us might be on the outs...I'd expect that comment from one of the 'fans' that they address in Never Enough.

Ah it was MD...not PRB. My eyes fool me not!

Almost forgot

My highlights/award winners

- Jason and Carlos who camped out overnight in the parking lot so they could be first in line and sit up front
- The two beautiful women who came from Holland to see the CT show, then found out about the clinic and showed up here.
- Andres who flew up from Venezuela for the clinic
- The Manchester police officer [name withheld] who walked in and said "Holy $#!%" and sat down to enjoy the show for a few minutes while on lunch (he takes lessons at the store)

Top JP highlights for me:
- his reaction when received a citation right at the end
- his reaction when we sold his entire box of CDs for him

Good Time!

Pete, the DuBaldo's, their employees and friends did an excellent job, making the clinic possible and having all of us.

It was well worth the litte 4.5 hour road trip from South Jersey! Especially JP signing my EBMM JP6 Carbon Blue back Plate along with a photo of us and my guitar.

I have a some "ok" photos. We were slightly to his left, so not the ideal shoots. But it was a great time!

Anyone going to the NY show on Sat. chime in and maybe we can all hookup right before the show for drink or something!

thx...

Pete does it again! Sorry I missed it. Bit of a hike from Toronto, but sounds like it was worth it.

But ... was there momma DuBaldo's home made lasagna? I still say it'd be hard to top the spread from the Dubaldo Open House, aka Pusm Fest.

Beej, Ernie told Pete's parents not to bother. Too bad I was looking forward some lasagna.

It wasn't the keys to a car

The Town of Manchester issued a formal citation to John Petrucci in special thanks for his musical performance and workshop to benefit the citizens of Manchester. It was signed by the mayor.

Talk about the City of Village Charm :D

Howdy all, I'm new to this forum but I wanted to chime in as I was at the clinic yesterday too. It was awesome awesome awesome. John was just great and I'm really jonesing for a Petrucci model now having seen it action and trying a couple unplugged at Pete's store after the clinic was over. I was one of the many who walked out with John's solo CD. Gonna have to dig out my Rock Discipline VHS and start getting busy practicing!

Thanks to John for putting on an awesome clinic and thanks to Pete for making it happen. Pete, I might be coming to see you in the very near future!
