Brought back from the dead.

Still have some work to do on it, but I expect it to make an appearance or two with Cowpilot.

#1 I don't like blue basses

#2 Jack is not a Sterling player

#3 He can easily double his money on that

#4 He should plop it back up on eBay and buy a 30th SR

End of story.

Would it be inappropriate for me to call dibs if you ever decide to sell it?

Not at all, but you're about the fourth or fifth person to call it.

#2 Jack is not a Sterling player

1. I like blue basses and, perhaps more importantly, the wife and child really dig this thing.

2. I haven't had one in a couple of years, so we'll see. Choice is good!

3. It's not about money with this thing. It's about bringing it back from a living hell.

4. Those 30th Rays are talking to me at night.

The EBMM Sparkles are a thing of beauty, and I think the fact that they aren't offered anymore adds to their appeal. Jack, hold on to that Sterling at least until I have replenished my funds so I can take it off your hands, you did a hell of a job cleaning that sucker up, you might as well enjoy it for a while.

If someone offered me double what I paid for it, I would:

a. question their sanity
b. advise them that they were being foolish
c. pause to reflect
d. take their money
e. all of the above

Correct answer is E, all of the above.

But I'd really rather keep it and get it working and out in public.
