Nice!...and mind boggling at the same time.

I love rosewood fretboards...woudn't buy a maple one with all the birdseye in the world, but I guess I'm so used to seeing maple or matching headstocks that my first thought is always "something's not quite right". It takes me a few seconds before I realize how nice that rosewood headstock looks.

the colour and striping on the necks is amazing!! and ya, a little 'odd' at first glance but then you see said colour/striping/grain of the rosewood headstock and then the meltdown of cerebellum starts

I noticed the Rays are unfinished on the back, like they usually are- does anybody know (BP) if the Bongos are finished (like they usually are)? I have a rosewood Bongo coming soon, ... Brandt have you heard anything????
