looking at those headstocks again, wow they are really beautiful.

the unveiling ad mentioned this: one piece indian rosewood with separate rosewood cap. what does it mean? a separate piece of rosewood for the headstock?

Olive Gold Sterling 4 BFR Rosewood

New Sterling 4 H up at Bass Central (click me). Olive Gold is an amazing color to begin with and compliments the Rosewood better than any color i have seen so far.

when i choose my bongo it felt like torture to choose between olive gold or black....this pic is not helping!

I saw it started its journey south - should arrive in Sharonville (5 miles away) in 2 hours then starts the wait tomorrow

the Electric Blue Bongo 5 HH w/Rosewood neck really did me in.....:eek:

to those that buy such beasties be advised that in a year or three you WILL be getting harassed to sell said pieces of wonderment :cool:

The Bass Place is about two blocks from my house, and yesterday I saw they had a rosewood neck Stingray, single H, natural finish. The neck felt and looked awesome. Super smooth and a pleasure to play. I really want one!
