100%, Tommy. I do design and color is my world. Of course you gotta set them to digital, if you can, and you gotta set the refresh rate to like 75 hertz, and use a setting of 1280X1024 with a quality setting of 32 bit.

i got a lcd monitor...it seems to do a great job.....
anyone else have one ???

I have dual monitors here for my CAD station, then my laptop is LCD also.
They're actually not as accurate as a CRT monitor. Although you can adjust them to get pretty close. There is also software you can get that will set your printer colours to match accurately what you are seeing on the screen. But it is a royal pain in the arse, because it's not a one time deal. It's constant maintenance.

Anyways, congrats on the new screen! What are you going to put in that new found desk space??
