Too bad you're not closer to SoCal. I have an SR5 and 3 Bongos to compare it to.
You never know, you could possibly return home with a new SR5.
So Cal is my home. I was born and raised in the East County of San Diego. I might have to do a visit home again, sometime soon.

Yep! I have a good friend that lived in Temecula and another good friend that does quit a bit of sky diving over Lake Elsinore. I haven't jumped at that drop zone yet but want to. Gosh, now you're making me homesick. I really am going to need to get back home soon.
When you're out this way let me know. If you're still thinking about a 5-string I have a "couple" of 'em.

I'll do that. It's funny because you have the 5 string version of my Roasted Honeyburst Bongo. I almost ordered it as a 5 string too.

I haven't tried a Bongo 5 H, but you can't really go wrong with a Stingray 5. The new blue PDNs with the roasted neck look especially nice.
