I have the whole line of EBMM's, and 3 are sparkles.
I was wondering what you guys think if I sell them...???...
You all would have first dibs before I put them up on the bay.
But what do you think I could get for these if I choose to sell them????
Or should I keep them and see if they go up in value????
1st.
JP in Autumn Red Rise- 100% dead mint/stock, non matching headstock.
2nd.
Albert Lee White Sparkle- MM90's 2 small chips, but nothing obvious.
Luke Black Sparkle- Dead mint. I changed the 85 to an 81 via the quick clips...no wiring needed...Would sell with either or both pups.

Am I crazy, or should I????

Yes. You're crazy.:D

Why would you sell these? They're all such nice instruments-especially the Petrucci-and you would probably regret it, if past experience on these boards is any indication.

Hold on to 'em!

Hey Steve,
I wouldn't know how much your Autumn Redrise would be worth but I was in a local music store the other day and he pulled out a Bluebook on guitars!!! Can you believe it???!!! Anyways I told the owner I had a White Sparkle JP6 fully loaded and the book said its only worth 800 bucks retail. I guess it's like a car in that way too as soon as you drive it off the lot it drops in value. I guess it's however much you would like to get for it and whatever somone is willing to pay you for it.I would pay you top dollar because like Ernie1966 I too would like to have all the SPARKLE colors and a select few or the normal ones HA!HA!HA!These sparkle guitars are driving me insane I got to have them all!!!I just got me another one,a JP6 Blue Dawn and I paid a pretty penny for it but I am happy I did. It's an awesome, awesome, color why nobody liked these is beyond me they are truly beutiful a work of art.

Steve,

PLEASE don't sell them or I'll have marital problems! ;)

Man, I'm tempted by the AL and/or the Petrucci!

I don't know if this helps, but if you do sell them, a wise man once told me that things are worth what someone will pay for them. Bluebook can be for $50 but someone might give you $1000 for the same thing. Eye of the beholder, I guess. Good luck, that JP is gorgeous!

That's only the second JP I've seen in that finish. I'm really tempted to pick it up.

I would definitely keep it, if I were you, though. Not an easily replaceable config.

Glenn is getting the JP.....
Enjoy it. It's an amazing guitar and needs a good home.
I hate to sell any of them, but I'm just not playing them as much as they deserve to be played....Plus Amp GAS has the best of me...
Enjoy.....
