I'm gonna buy a copy too. I got some good tips just from the sample footage. The guy selling it on Ebay is one of the producers.

He's definitely a witch! A Badass Witch, but a witch nonetheless.;)

Notice how in the sample he keeps looking at the other players like he wants to rock with them, but they keep looking away or looking down like they don't want to make eye contact?

I for one listen to what is coming from the bass. Matters not to me where it is being held. Those who play with it high generally are playing like I want to play.
Now to be able.

Okay, I'm a lazy little bassmonkey, so here's a challenge. I love this guys tone and he is also using a GK head, the same as mine.

Sooooo, what amp and bass settings is he using to get that tone? Also, would I be able to get that from my SR4.

I know, I know, I should just figure it out myself, but like I said, I'm lazy!

It is a sweet tone. I hope someone can give you the settings. If not, I bet you could find that guy on the net and he would be flattered and happy to let you know.

T are you saying that youwant to play like Jack? I will try to hook you up with the Chuck Norris insructional video, it should help.

(there is no Chuck Norris video but if there was one it would help you achieve your goals.)

Maybe someone who orders is can get a screen shot of his head, if they ever show it, then you can check his settings.

First, only people who've never heard me play would even consider making that sort of statement, but I don't think Tom is that far gone just yet.

Second, I have lengthened my straps, and I must say that it's somewhat upsetting that I can no longer simply look down and bite my bass.

I will try to hook you up with the Chuck Norris insructional video, it should help.

Chuck Norris doesn’t play his bass, he disembowels it.

BP... I want to be like a whole bunch of folks here. Jack has some good groove so yes I want to be just like Jack. I want to be just like BP too. I could spend all day typing in names of bass players I would like to be just like. As for how they play. Not how they hold the bass.

After watching that video it sounds like hes definately using a lot of treble (whether it be on the amp or the bass itself) because i can hear a lot of clear sounds that seem to make the fret buzzing more noticable. Thats how I find a lot of treble anyway. Id say more than the bass or mid for that matter. Im sure it has a lot to do with his cab and head too.
