Saw this on the Music Zoo website. They always take great guitar shots, but this one stands out as being particularly awesome.

musiczoo obviously has a professional photographer on staff, or a well versed amatuer, as well they have the lighting equipment .. could it also be photoshopped ?

Your ASS is 100 times better looking! and yours is honey burst.

Thanks, Slav. Believe it or not, I bought that ASS because of its playability and versatile sound, looks were not much of consideration.
But it is a good-lookin axe.....Oh hell, it's beautiful! I gotta go play it! Later :D

the initial pics posted here are very nice but are bordering on arty which can be a tad deceiving for the buyer when it turns up not looking the way it does in the photo. Having said that it is very hard to get an accurate photo especially when it is shifting colors

I have never ever been able to get a good photo of my guitars. I really think outside might be the way to go, or very well naturally lighted in doors. Reflections get in the way!

Yes, outside in the shade on a sunny day works the best. Doesn't skew the colors like a camera flash indoors would.
