So I got to see the proto types and wow. One of them felt like an old friend that I have been playing for years. As EB likes to do there were subtle differences between the three that I saw. One had stuff done one way and one had stuff done another. All I could say is that I am glad tht I don't have to decide which way to do it. A figured maple top on my kind of guitar was beautiful. One was a flame and I think I like it.

Like they said, they are trying different types of woods and they are doing that. Dudly showed me one thing about how thy are built that I didn't notice. That was cool. The more I think about it the more I like it.

I asked Sterling, "How about this?" He said, "WE are designing the guitar." I said, "Of course, just asking questions".

I am looking forward to ordering.

Hey I just realized that this thread contains no information.

Yes it is beautiful. It is exactly what I want and I don't even know what I want. The customer dosen't know what they want and the customer is wrong. They are still doing stuff but I think the correct style could be labled as Frank Lloyd Wright. It will just look timeless. That's what I like about the 20th anniv rays.
To hear that the silos are going to look like the 20th anniv rays really made me happy. Hey foggy just think how a pic of the two together would look.

When I asked about piezo no one told me absolutely not.

I agree about the 20th anniv rays, I've always wanted one. Will it come with maple only or is rosewood going to be available as well?
