Hey guys,

being not only an EBMM nutter but a vintage car enthusiast as well I asked fellow forumite browndog if he could do a mock-up of a SSS AL for me using one of my cars' (look at my avatar) exterior (for the body)/interior (for the pg) colors...I love that 60's light green and always thought it would look great on a guitar. Jeff did helluva job so I thought I'd share the outcome to get some reactions...if any of my AL's would be in need for a repaint (or if I had RacerS' guts...) I'd definitely go for it!

Jeff, thanks again -great job! I hope you don't mind if I post it here...!

The virtual light green Albert...

Put MM90's and piezo on that and I 'd order it in a heartbeat. I love blue and green guitars. Good job Mr. Browndog!

Pretty cool looking. Planning on having an AL refinished?

No, I was just curious how it'd look like...if I would find one that is in desperate need of a repaint I'd probably consider it but I have no definite plans...and I sure as hell won't mess with one of my current ones.

When I saw the outcome of Jeff's mock-up I thought it looked so great that I'd share it with you guys.

About the watermark. It’s on the artwork so someone doesn’t think it's a “real” guitar like they did with the Trans Black Stealth JP that I did. I don’t really see the need to protect my art. Correct me if I’m wrong.

I can remove it from the picture easily and use that picture for a scam

The idea is

- avoid people thinking it's real
- avoid any scamer to use that picture for fake ebay listing (hence the reason why the logo should be on the guitar also)
- promote your Photoshop skills aver the internet
