TI-Flats impression

Ordered from BassNW about three weeks prior to the great Dude-Jack-BP Trifecta O' goodness. I will give them a call. Order date was around July 13th, so I am hoping arounnd October 13th I will have the fretless 4 medallion gold single H w/piezo voice of the holy in my hands.

BTW Jack, I know you say you're no fretless player, but I would be more than happy to bring it over for your perusal if you would like to try your hand at a fretless Bongo. It will have lines too...

As for ordering your Bongo with flats, I wouldn't hold out too much hope. I asked if I could get .009's on my Petrucci when I ordered it, but it was a no-go.

That would add another 12,000 options to the product mix if they let us spec the strings that we wanted. It's a great idea, but probably a real pain to implement and not worth the time & effort for EBMM.

TinyHorseman, I am NOT a fretless player, and I have had 2 fretless SR5s and a fretless SR4 in numerous attempts to prove myself wrong. I failed.

But I'll be glad to try a fretless Bongo, you betcha!
 
Never ask Bovine a technical question when he is sober.

We cant start putting different strings on differents instruments...........

Ummm that depends where you're standing....if you're anywhere near the prickly pear in my backyard and it's kinda colored like "Heinz" I hope you're wearing shoes.
 
ps: I think you should ship them all with the same string...to do otherwise would cut into my very lucrative TI String business.
