Well, I threw in towel. After spending last night drugged out of my mind and an icepack on my arm, I figured I'd be better off at home. I will post what pics of day 2 I got after I take a little nap. I missed out on the evenings concert but the clinic with Chuck Rainey was awesome. The F@nd*r tour was nice as well but not like what BP had for us last year. Look forward to Dallas and I'm not getting anymore allergy shots until after I get back from Dallas.
Ray, Jon and other tequila lovers, I've got a bottle of Don Julio Anejo still unopened. Gonna do my best to sneak it to Dallas. I hope TSA doesn't try to "confiscate" it.
Hey Tom, you should have warned me about the allergies before I got there. I've been miserable all day. About to go to bed and see how I feel tomorrow after the Allegra has a chance to kick in. I'm glad you're feeling better. With the shape you were in, we'll meet all over again when you get to Texas.
SOBII was totally off the hook. If you weren't there, either kick yourself in the ass or come to Texas in a couple of weeks and let me do it for you. There were bass pairings there that will probably never happen again but were pure magic to watch. Oh yeah, I had the super bird sandwich with Ray Duke, Tiffles, Bobby Vega and Jack about 2 a.m. Sunday morning.
Tiffles is just a beautiful person and as sweet as can be. It was a pleasure meeting her and spending some time getting to know her a little.
