Okay, ladies, I have slimmed down something fierce (not physically - basses, I mean) and it is time to take stock and see what's next.
The Rolls Burgundy is now with TK in Kansas. Long live the A&M color scheme!
The DG Bongo 4 HH is off to Connecticut. I had that bass for a long time and it served me well, but the Flaming Biff filled that niche...so off it went.
So I am down to the following:
1. Sapphire Black Bongo 5 HH, king of all Bongos.
2. Blue Pearl Bongo 5 HSC, about which I am still not sure - I shall gig it soon.
3. Flaming Biff Bongo 4 HH, even cooler than Dargin's Bongo! (There, I said it.)
I am leaning heavily toward the Sterling Ball Tribute Bongo - single H in Graphite Pearl. Only I will probably add a string. (I know, Biff, 'real men play four strings' but I'm just an imaginary man anyway).
I'm ordering Monday. What say you, good people of the EBMM Forum?
