I wouldn't buy a guitar without dots.... I'd get lost on the fretboard:eek:

Well, they are.nt strictly no dots, the dots are on the top edge of the neck.

Another thing, would be Petrucci bod, Petrucci Trem, with Luke Neck and Luke pup config and Luke switch Layout kinda, In Purple ofcourse!

I use to be a very boring guitar player... only black or red. I never would of ever considered a Dargie Green guitar or Blue Dawn now look at me :D

A cross between a Petrucci and a Luke ?

Ummm, do you realise it would be known as

THE PUKE ??

;) :D

I'd love to see a BFR JP in a solid colour.

ONe reason why not to do it....besides the LE's are generally around one off colour themes not the mixing and matching of two different sig guitars.

A BFR JP in a solid colour is the same as a "regular" JP with a finished neck. That would be about the only difference.

I think it would be cool to see an LE that mandates a maple board. This way, there would be some maple board Lukes and JP's.

On a sidenote... I hope I don't like the 2008 LE, because I can't have one unless I pull some kind of heist (just watched Goodfellas the other night ;))

I've also been secretly hoping that I might not like the 2008 LE. It'll save me a little money that way. :) I'm expecting the AL BFR, you see. Something tells me, I'll like the next LE, though.

Bap-bowww, ;)

There are Distinct changes to the body (eg. lower horn & contour).
I reckon the lower horn gives a much Sleeker shape, which would look very cool in a solid colour.

Combined with a colour-matched mahogany neck this would provide some s rious drool factor.
